How about learning American Sign Language? Marion Public Library cardholders can learn ASL through ASLdeafined.com. ASLdeafined is a comprehensive online platform that teaches American Sign Language. This is a fantastic resource for anyone interested in learning ASL. This database offers over 300 themed video lessons, an 18,000+ ASL video dictionary, and a mobile app all designed to provide an engaging and effective learning experience. Users will be able to explore basic to advanced ASL signs and grammar, learn essential vocabulary, and practice their communication skills. If you were able to attend any of the library’s ASL classes, ASLdeafined will be a useful tool for furthering those ASL skills built in our previous classes.
