The following is a list of inappropriate behavior (the list is not exhaustive; other types of behavior may be deemed inappropriate at staff discretion):
    1. Abusive or vulgar language
    2. Possession of drugs and/or alcohol
    3. Physical violence or threatening behavior
    4. Harassment or unwanted interaction
    5. Clothing inappropriate to a public setting. Shoes and shirts required for entry
    6. Loud talking or excessive noise
    7. Inappropriate use of furniture
    8. Smoking (Ohio Revised Code 3794.02 A), vaping, or spraying of aerosols
    9. Soliciting or the selling of goods and services

    11. Pets are not permitted in the library; only ADA approved service animals are allowed.
    12. Deadly weapons or dangerous ordnance not permitted on library property (Ohio Revised Code 2923.1212 A)

  2. Criminal activity will be reported to the police.

  3. Users in violation of this policy will receive one warning. If they continue to behave inappropriately after the warning, they will be told to leave the building and grounds immediately. In cases of gross misconduct, users in violation of this policy will not receive a warning and will be told to leave the library building and grounds immediately. If the patron does not leave when asked by the library staff, the police will be called.
