We want ALL Marion County children from age 0 to age 5 to be registered, so please spread the word. Marion Public Library is your local partner with Ohio Governor's Imagination Library delivering books to children monthly through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. REGISTER a child at MarionLibrary.org/ImaginationLibrary A PARENT (or legal guardian) of the child must register the child, NOT a GRANDPARENT. Do you know someone who may want to support the program financially? Send them to MarionLibrary.org/give to donate. $25 to sponsor a child for one year - 12 books $125 to sponsor a child from 0 to age 5 - 60 books ...such a small amount to build a literacy foundation... ​ Still thousands of books in our BOOK SALE There are loads of books still available in our ONGOING BOOK SALE. Stop by to take a look. This sale will continue as long as we have stock in the storage pod and as long as we do not need our meeting room for programs. The sale closes 1/2 hour before the Library closes. The current campaign underway with Let's Read 20 is to encourage parents and caregivers to make it a priority. Record your child's daily activity on this downloadable log . After logging 2 weeks of daily reading return the log to Marion Public Library for a new book from Let's Read 20.
